Position Overview

At 3rd Generation Insurance, we currently have an exciting opportunity available for the position of an Insurance Producer. As an Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in our agency by helping clients find the right insurance solutions to protect their homes, automobiles, businesses, and more.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing them with personalized coverage options. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their risks, and recommending insurance policies that best suit their requirements.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the insurance industry and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Insurance Producer, you will be the face of our agency, interacting with clients on a daily basis, and providing exceptional customer service. You should have a deep understanding of insurance products and coverage options to effectively guide clients in making informed decisions.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to work with a wide range of insurance carriers, allowing you to offer clients a diverse selection of insurance options. Compensation Range

 $18 to $23.50 per hour

Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
