Who we are

The Huber Agency Inc, doing business as 3rd Generation Insurance, is a Florida insurance agency (license L120685) with offices in Fort Myers and Punta Gorda. This policy covers this website, https://3rdgeninsurance.com, and the ways you contact us from it.

What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, phone number, email, address and the details needed to quote or service a policy, when you call, start a quote, request service or send a message.
• Phone calls. Calls to (941) 249-6461 may be recorded, and you are told so at the start of the call. Outside office hours the call is answered by Daisy, an AI receptionist, who takes your request for the team and says so if you ask.
• Website use. Standard server logs (page requested, time, browser type, a shortened IP address) and privacy-friendly traffic counts. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To quote, write and service insurance policies and to answer your questions.
• To follow up on a request you started, by phone, email or text if you asked for text.
• To meet the record-keeping rules that apply to a licensed insurance agency.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

• Insurance carriers you ask us to quote or who hold your policy. They have their own privacy policies.
• OfficeHubb, the software our office runs on. Quote and service requests you start from this site are collected and stored there on our behalf. Its notice for people using an agency’s page is at www.officehubb.net/agency/tanner-1776718671282/privacy.
• Service providers that host this website, deliver email and route phone calls, each bound to use the data only to provide that service.
• Anyone the law requires us to share with.

Text messages

We text only people who asked for it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying insurance from us.

Your choices

Ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you for anything other than servicing a policy you hold. Insurance records must be kept for the period Florida law sets, so some information stays on file after a policy ends.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Customer records are kept in systems with access limited to the people who service your policy. No method is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Big changes get a notice on the home page.
