I started my agency in August 1973 in a small town in Indiana. It was before all of the technology of today, so I would walk the neighborhoods and ask for the opportunity to write their insurance.
Until my office space was ready, a local restaurant was kind enough to take messages for me, let me use a booth to do paperwork, and let me make calls from the payphone. Times have changed, but not the basics of protecting people from future loss. After I retired, I continued in the ministry, and to this day I hope to help prevent people from eternal loss.
